This service includes two, 35 minute sessions.  The initial session will consist of an assessment of your annamaya kosha ("food body" or physical layer).  The second session will include a discussion & review of your personalized home practice.

To encourage consistency, you can expect your first personalized home practice to be 15-20 minutes in length. Your practice may include a combination of asana (physical postures/movements) and pranayama (breath focus) in varying degrees depending on your initial assessment.

"Yoga has its roots in Indian thought, but its content is universal because it is about the means by which we can make the changes we desire in our lives.  The actual practice of yoga takes each person in a different direction.”
